“Romesco” flavor crunchy beans

Ingredients

Beans

  • 20 gr – Navy beans, cooked
  • 5 gr –  Romesco
  • 0,2 gr – Salt

Preparation

Mix wwell and dehydrate for 16 hours at 42º C.  Keep in an airtight container with “silicasec” to avoid humidity or inside the dehydrator at 30ºC.
