This large green pea, is very valued in Great Britain to prepare the well-known pea purée “mushy peas”, as well as in Asia where the manufacturers of fried peas snacks value it for its size, tender skin and sweet flavour.


Green pea of large size (8-10 mm) and regular shape.


Thin skin, sweet flavour, it gets musshy when cooking.
