Dissolve the yeast in the water..
Sift the flours and set aside.
With an electric mixer beat the eggs, olive oil chickpeas and fat, add the yeast, both flours, oregano and garlic powder. Knead for 10 minutes or until the dough is firm and elastic.
Shape into a ball and leave the dough covered to rise until it has doubled its size. Knead slightly to eliminate the air, cover and leave to rise for 10 more minutes.
Take portions of about 50 grams and shape into small balls. With a sharp knife do incissions as desired. Let it rise for about 10 minutes.
Place in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC. Bake for 20 minutes or until the breads get a nice golden color.
