Red bean pasta salad

    Red beans:

  • 300 g of cooked red beans
  • Pasta:

  • 120 g pasta (spirals)
  • 300 g de agua mineral
  • 5 g salt
  • 10 g smooth olive oil
  • Red bean pasta salad:

  • 55 g carrot
  • 80 g de pear tomato
  • 30 g of pitted black olive
  • 15 g corn
  • 40 g de red pepper
  • 35 g feta cheese
  • The honey mustard vinaigrette:

  • 30 g honey mustard
  • 100 g olive oil
  • 6 g salt


  • Pasta:
    Cook the pasta in the boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Strain and add the oil. Stir and cool.
  • Red bean pasta salad:
    Wash and cut the carrot and tomato in mirepoix (1 cm cubes). Wash and remove the seeds and the white parts of the pepper. Cut to mirepoix. Cut the olives into slices and the feta cheese in mirepoix. Mix all the ingredients together with the pasta and the cooked red beans.
  • The honey mustard vinaigrette:
    Blend all the ingredients. Set aside.
  • Emplating:
    Dress the pasta salad with the honey mustard vinaigrette. Put a pinch of salt.
