Pea cream with lime mayonnaise and peppermint oil
- 100 g split green peas
- 300 ml mineral water
- 100 ml vegetable drink
- 20 g olive oil
- 20 g soy milk
- 45 g sunflower oil
- 10 g lime juice
- salt
- pepper
- 50 g smooth olive oil
- 5 g mint leaves
- salt

Method
- The creamCook the peas as indicated on the cooking table. Drain and blend with vegetable drink until obtaining a smooth, silky and homogeneous texture. Add the olive oil to the thread, add salt and pepper.

Blend all the ingredients and pass through a fine sieve.
